Saddlebrook brings together resort accommodation, golf, tennis, pickleball, meetings, and celebrations. Tell us whether you are arriving for a stay, a sporting program, a wedding, or a business gathering so we can plan the vehicle and pickup details around your visit.
For the return journey, share your flight number and departure time. We recommend a pickup schedule that allows for traffic and airport check-in; travel time varies with the day, route, and road conditions.

Golf bags cannot ride on seats. Luggage fit depends on bag sizes and booking the correct vehicle.

Can WDT pick us up at Tampa Airport for Saddlebrook Resort?+
Yes. Reserve private transportation from Tampa International Airport to Saddlebrook Resort at 5700 Saddlebrook Way in Wesley Chapel. Provide your flight number, arrival date, passengers, and luggage when requesting a quote.
Which vehicles are available for our resort stay?+
Options include a premium sedan, GMC Yukon SUV, and Mercedes Sprinter with 10 and 14 passenger van options. Ask about minibuses or coaches for larger groups. Vehicle selection depends on passenger count, luggage, equipment, and availability.
Can we bring golf clubs and tennis equipment?+
Yes. Tell us the number of golf bags, suitcases, and equipment bags before booking so we can confirm the right vehicle. For larger loads, photos help us assess the space needed.
Do you arrange wedding and corporate group transportation?+
Yes. Share your guest count, pickup locations, arrival and departure times, and coordinator contact. We can plan private transfers or hourly service around your event, subject to availability.
Is this a shared Saddlebrook shuttle?+
No. WDT provides private transportation for your party. We are an independent transportation provider, not the resort’s official shuttle. Resort accommodation, activities, and admission are booked separately.
How do I reserve the ride back to the airport?+
Include the return date, airline and flight number, departure time, pickup location, and luggage in your quote request. For travel within 24 hours, call or text to check availability. Reservations are first come, first served.
Which vehicle should we book for passengers with golf bags?+
For trips with golf bags, an SUV is limited to 4 passengers with up to 4 golf bags and 4 carry-ons. Groups of 5–8 passengers with golf bags must book a Sprinter. More than 8 passengers with golf bags require a larger vehicle or two vehicles, selected around the total luggage load. These are planning limits, not a guarantee that every bag size will fit. Confirm golf-bag sizes, travel cases, carry-ons, and all additional luggage before booking.
Can golf bags ride on seats if the luggage area is full?+
Golf bags must travel in the designated luggage area, never on passenger seats. Wheels, metal parts, and hard cases can damage leather upholstery. WDT Limo by We Drive Tampa cannot guarantee that all luggage will fit if you book an unsuitable vehicle or do not disclose the complete luggage load. Any vehicle upgrade or extra luggage vehicle must be arranged and confirmed in advance for a WDT passenger reservation, subject to availability and additional charges. We do not accept last-minute requests for extra luggage vehicles when bags will not fit at pickup. Clients are responsible for repair costs for damage caused by their luggage; this does not permit loading golf bags on seats.
