What information helps protect an executive schedule?+
Provide flight and FBO details, traveler contacts, exact addresses, meeting times, luggage, security or privacy requests, planned wait time, and the person authorized to approve changes.
Can you arrange an extra vehicle for my luggage?+
Yes, but only for a passenger trip booked with WDT and arranged in advance. Tell us the total passenger count and the number and size of every suitcase, carry-on, golf bag and oversized item in your quote request or email info@wedrivetampa.com before booking. Passenger seating and luggage space are different, so we will assess whether everything fits safely or whether you need a larger vehicle or a separate luggage-only vehicle. Any larger or additional vehicle must be quoted, approved and confirmed in advance, subject to availability and additional charges. We do not accept last-minute requests for an extra luggage vehicle when you are already at the airport, at home or at another pickup location and discover your bags will not fit.
