What vehicles are available for concert, sports, or night-out groups?+
Depending on availability and the complete itinerary, group plans may use a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, minibus, motor coach, or multiple coordinated vehicles. Final capacity depends on passengers, luggage, equipment, and the route.
Can a group make several pickups or stops?+
Yes. Multi-pickup and multi-stop plans may be arranged. Share every expected location and timing detail so we can calculate the vehicle plan and service window accurately.
How do I request this service?+
Share your date, pickup and destination, passenger count, luggage, planned stops, and any special requests. These details help our team recommend a suitable vehicle and service plan, so you can review an accurate quote before deciding.
Can you arrange an extra vehicle for my luggage?+
Yes, but only for a passenger trip booked with WDT and arranged in advance. Tell us the total passenger count and the number and size of every suitcase, carry-on, golf bag and oversized item in your quote request or email info@wedrivetampa.com before booking. Passenger seating and luggage space are different, so we will assess whether everything fits safely or whether you need a larger vehicle or a separate luggage-only vehicle. Any larger or additional vehicle must be quoted, approved and confirmed in advance, subject to availability and additional charges. We do not accept last-minute requests for an extra luggage vehicle when you are already at the airport, at home or at another pickup location and discover your bags will not fit.
