1.How do I get an exact quote?+
Select Get a Quote and enter your pickup, destination, date, time, passenger count, luggage, and preferred vehicle. These details help us recommend a suitable vehicle and prepare accurate pricing with fewer follow-up questions. Starting prices are planning guides only. Your written quote shows the price for your actual trip.
2.Is my price confirmed when I submit a request?+
Not yet. Your reservation is confirmed only after the required payment is received and WDT sends a written confirmation showing the status as Confirmed. An automatic payment receipt by itself is not a confirmation.
3.Do you charge per passenger or per bag?+
No. Private transportation is priced by vehicle, not by individual passenger or bag. Every passenger must have a seat belt, and all belongings must fit safely without blocking exits, visibility, or passenger space.
4.Is gratuity included?+
No. Gratuity is not included in any of our transportation services. It is optional, and you may choose the amount you would like to add during checkout.
5.How much is the reservation deposit?+
Most reservations require a 25% deposit to hold the vehicle and chauffeur. Large-group, event, affiliate, or specialty reservations may require a different deposit. The exact amount and balance date will appear in your written quote.
6.How can I pay?+
Payments are processed through our secure reservation system. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Zelle, and cash when approved in advance.
7.Does WDT offer promotional discounts?+
Yes. Current offers include $25 off an eligible new customer’s first WDT transportation reservation with promo code NEW CUSTOMER and $50 off an eligible customer’s first 10- or 14-passenger WDT Mercedes Sprinter van reservation with promo code SPRINTER50.
Request the promo code before your reservation is finalized. Offers are subject to eligibility, availability, and WDT confirmation, have no cash value, apply once per eligible customer, and cannot be combined. Review Current Special Offers and the complete Terms & Conditions for details.
8.What happens if I cancel my reservation?+
There are no cash or credit card refunds for customer-initiated cancellations. When a cancellation qualifies under the notice periods below, any eligible unused amount is issued only as WDT Travel Credit toward a future WDT Limo by We Drive Tampa service.
Sedan or SUV: 7 days or more before pickup — 0% cancellation fee and 100% Travel Credit; at least 72 hours but less than 7 days — 25% fee and 75% credit; at least 24 hours but less than 72 hours — 50% fee and 50% credit; less than 24 hours or a no-show — 100% fee and no credit.
Van, Sprinter, Bus, or Mini Bus: 7 days or more before service — 50% cancellation fee and 50% Travel Credit; at least 72 hours but less than 7 days — 75% fee and 25% credit; less than 72 hours or a no-show — 100% fee and no credit.
All cancellation requests must be emailed to info@wedrivetampa.com to be valid. Phone calls, text messages, WhatsApp, and website chat do not qualify. Any Travel Credit issued is valid for up to one year from the original scheduled travel date and remains subject to availability and current rates.
WDT may review documented severe weather, an official airline flight cancellation, or a comparable unforeseen disruption for a possible exception at its sole discretion. Exceptions depend on demand, the ability to rebook the vehicle, and costs already committed, and are not guaranteed. See the complete Terms & Conditions for details.
9.Can I reschedule or change my reservation?+
Yes, subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability. Please send all change requests by email. A change takes effect only after WDT confirms it in writing.
The following advance-notice periods apply:
Standard airport pickups and local transfers — all vehicles: At least 72 hours before the confirmed pickup time, including normal weekend transfers.
Special events and hourly reservations — Sedans and SUVs: At least 7 days before the confirmed pickup time.
Special events, hourly reservations, and other weekend bookings — Vans, Sprinters, Buses, and Mini Buses: At least 15 days before the confirmed pickup time. Standard airport pickups and regular local transfers follow the 72-hour notice period above.
Requests received with the applicable advance notice may be rescheduled without a separate change fee. Any price difference or additional service time still applies. Requests received with less notice may incur a change fee or may not be possible.
Once your pickup time and service period are confirmed, we reserve the vehicle and chauffeur specifically for your booking and may decline other reservations for that time. For this reason, last-minute changes cannot be guaranteed.
If we accommodate an earlier pickup because availability allows, this does not automatically reduce your reserved hours or confirmed charges. Any adjustment to the service period, end time, or price must be approved by WDT in writing.
A change request does not automatically modify or cancel your reservation. If WDT cannot accommodate or does not confirm the new pickup time, your original reservation and confirmed pickup time remain in effect.
10.Are extra stops allowed?+
Yes. Stops listed before confirmation are included in your quote. Hourly service allows stops within the reserved time, so several planned stops can be handled as one coordinated itinerary. Unplanned stops on transfer service are subject to chauffeur availability, additional time, and the fees listed in our Terms & Conditions.
11.What happens if I am late?+
Contact us immediately. Non-airport pickups normally include a 15-minute grace period. Tampa Airport Meet & Greet follows the separate grace-period, parking, and driver waiting-time policy below; remaining in contact does not extend that grace period. For other airport arrival services, normal baggage, customs, or terminal delays are not charged when you stay in contact and keep us updated. If we cannot reach you and the delay becomes excessive, extended waiting charges or the no-show policy may apply.
12.How early should I reserve?+
You may request transportation at any time, but we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance. Booking early gives us more time to plan the right vehicle around your schedule. Sprinters, large vehicles, holidays, concerts, sporting events, and peak travel dates should be reserved earlier. All service is subject to availability.
13.Is transportation available 24/7?+
Pre-booked transportation is available 24/7, subject to availability. Our team will confirm the exact pickup time in writing. Office hours are 7:00 AM–7:00 PM Eastern Time; calls and general inquiries are answered during office hours.
14.What types of service can I book?+
We offer one-way and round-trip transfers, airport and FBO transportation, hourly chauffeur service, events, concerts, sporting events, weddings, cruise ports, corporate travel, and group transportation. If the chauffeur must wait and remain on call, hourly service may be the correct option.
15.Where do you provide transportation?+
Our primary pickup area is Tampa Bay, Sarasota, and nearby communities. We also provide long-distance drop-offs and selected transportation throughout Florida. Out-of-area pickups may be handled by an approved affiliate and are always subject to availability.
16.How do airport pickups work?+
For standard service, your chauffeur coordinates curbside pickup outside baggage claim. If Meet & Greet is requested and confirmed, the chauffeur meets your party inside with a sign near baggage claim or the arrivals area. Follow the pickup instructions sent with your reservation.
17.Do you provide luggage tags?+
Yes. WDT Limo adds a personalized WDT luggage tag to your bag on every trip. Our distinctive brand colors make your suitcase easier to recognize at baggage claim and help reduce mix-ups with similar bags. Keep it attached for future flights: our contact information can also help someone reach our team if a bag is picked up by mistake. Always check your own bag details before leaving the airport. The tag is a visual identifier, not a tracking device, and cannot guarantee against loss.
18.How will I receive my driver's information?+
Each passenger receives a personalized text message with the driver's photo, location, vehicle information, and contact phone number to help coordinate the airport pickup. Follow the pickup instructions in your message. Assistance inside baggage claim is available with confirmed Meet & Greet service.
19.What does the $25 Meet & Greet service at Tampa Airport include?+
At Tampa International Airport (TPA), our $25 Meet & Greet service includes meeting you inside the terminal, assisting with luggage, and accompanying you to your vehicle. It is available for international arrivals and for domestic passengers who request assistance.
A complimentary grace period of 60 minutes for international arrivals or 30 minutes for domestic arrivals begins at the flight’s actual landing time, not at the scheduled pickup time.
After the applicable grace period, additional parking charges are $8 per additional half-hour or $16 per additional hour, plus the applicable driver waiting-time charge. These charges also apply when extra time is needed for immigration, security, baggage collection, or other arrival procedures, even if you remain in contact with WDT or your chauffeur.
Please allow sufficient time for arrival procedures when planning your pickup and remain reachable. A later scheduled pickup time does not restart or extend the grace period. This Meet & Greet waiting and parking policy applies only at Tampa International Airport (TPA).
20.What flight information should I provide?+
Provide the airline, flight number, arrival or departure time, airport, and whether you will check luggage. Flight information is required for arriving flights so we can monitor schedule changes and coordinate your pickup.
21.How much time do I have after my flight lands?+
Tampa International Airport (TPA) Meet & Greet includes a complimentary grace period of 60 minutes for international arrivals and 30 minutes for domestic arrivals. It begins at the flight’s actual landing time, not at the scheduled pickup time. Parking and driver waiting-time charges apply after that grace period; see the Tampa Meet & Greet policy below.
Other airport arrival services include 30 minutes after a domestic flight lands and 45 minutes after an international flight lands. For those services, normal delays are not charged when you keep WDT or your chauffeur updated. If there is no communication and you are more than 60 minutes beyond the included time, extended waiting charges or the no-show policy may apply.
22.Can you arrange an extra vehicle for my luggage?+
Yes, but only for a passenger trip booked with WDT and arranged in advance. Tell us the total passenger count and the number and size of every suitcase, carry-on, golf bag and oversized item in your quote request or email info@wedrivetampa.com before booking. Passenger seating and luggage space are different, so we will assess whether everything fits safely or whether you need a larger vehicle or a separate luggage-only vehicle. Any larger or additional vehicle must be quoted, approved and confirmed in advance, subject to availability and additional charges. We do not accept last-minute requests for an extra luggage vehicle when you are already at the airport, at home or at another pickup location and discover your bags will not fit.
23.How many passengers and bags will fit?+
Capacity depends on both passengers and belongings. Tell us about every checked bag, carry-on, stroller, wheelchair, golf bag, cooler, box, pet carrier, and oversized item. We assess capacity before booking because passenger seats and luggage space are different; this helps avoid a vehicle that cannot accommodate your belongings at pickup. A larger or additional luggage vehicle is only available for WDT passenger reservations, must be arranged in advance, and is subject to availability and additional charges. Last-minute extra vehicles are not available when bags will not fit at pickup.
24.Can I bring a pet?+
Yes. Dogs, cats, service animals, and other household pets are welcome on private rides with advance notice. Tell us the pet type and size so we can allow enough room for passengers, luggage, carriers, restraints, and pet supplies.
25.Do you provide child seats?+
Child seats may be requested at no additional cost and are subject to availability. Tell us each child’s age and requested seat type when booking so we can check availability before you travel. Florida law requires an approved restraint for children age 5 or younger. The accompanying parent, guardian, or responsible adult must select the correct seat and install it properly. Review the complete child-seat terms before traveling.
26.Do you transport unaccompanied minors?+
Yes, on approved reservations. Our Unaccompanied Minor service may include chauffeur updates, luggage assistance, flight monitoring, and Meet & Greet. A parent or guardian must provide complete pickup and release instructions. Additional fees and advance approval apply.
27.Can I book a night out, concert, or sporting event?+
Yes. We provide hourly and group transportation for dinners, nightlife, concerts, festivals, baseball, football, hockey, soccer, birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette events, and other celebrations. Share the venue, group size, planned stops, event time, and return plan so your transportation can be coordinated before the event begins.
28.Can passengers bring alcohol?+
Yes. Passengers age 21 or older may bring alcoholic beverages onboard when permitted by law and the booked service. Glass bottles and open containers are not permitted. Beverages must remain in individual, sealed, spill-resistant, non-glass containers, such as Yeti-style tumblers, to help prevent spills and possible cleaning fees. Passengers must supply and control their own beverages; WDT does not sell, provide, pour, or serve alcohol. Alcohol is permitted only when the vehicle, chauffeur, and trip qualify under applicable Florida law, local rules, licensing, and insurance requirements.
Illegal drugs and unlawful controlled substances are prohibited in every WDT vehicle. Unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful conduct may end the trip without refund or credit.
29.What is the cleaning and damage policy?+
A minimum $250 cleaning fee applies when smoking, spilled beverages, wet food, pet hair, vomit, urine, or another substance soils the vehicle. Glass bottles and open containers are not permitted. Beverages must remain in individual, sealed, spill-resistant, non-glass containers, such as Yeti-style tumblers, to help prevent spills and possible cleaning fees. The customer is also responsible for repair costs caused by the traveling party.
30.What if I leave something in the vehicle?+
Contact us as soon as possible. We will make a reasonable effort to locate and return the item, but WDT is not responsible for belongings left in a vehicle. Delivery or shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
31.Can WDT substitute a different vehicle?+
Yes. All service is subject to availability. WDT may substitute a comparable vehicle because of maintenance, weather, operational needs, safety concerns, or another unexpected condition.
