15 privacy sections

1. Scope and who we are+

This Privacy Policy explains how We Drive LLC, doing business as WDT Limo by We Drive Tampa ("WDT Limo," "We Drive Tampa," "we," "us," or "our"), handles personal information when you visit WeDriveTampa.com, request a quote, create or use a reservation profile, communicate with our team, or receive transportation services.

This policy applies to information handled through our website and ordinary business operations. Third-party websites, embedded services, and platforms available through our site may have their own privacy policies and practices.

2. Information we may collect+

We may collect identifiers and contact details such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing contact, company or organization, and the names or contact details of travelers or authorized coordinators.

We may collect transportation and reservation information such as pickup and drop-off locations, dates and times, flight or cruise details, passenger and luggage counts, requested vehicle, planned stops, accessibility information, child-seat requests, and other details needed to plan and perform the service.

We may also receive communications, customer-service records, feedback, payment status and transaction references, device or browser information, approximate location derived from an IP address, and limited website interaction information. Please provide only information that is reasonably necessary for your request.

3. Location, accessibility, and other sensitive information+

Pickup and drop-off locations, travel schedules, accessibility needs, and information concerning a child may be sensitive in context. We use this information only as reasonably necessary to quote, arrange, and provide the requested transportation; support passenger safety and accessibility; communicate with authorized persons; maintain appropriate business records; and comply with applicable requirements.

Please do not send medical records, Social Security numbers, full government-identification numbers, complete payment-card numbers, or other information that is not necessary for the transportation service. If special assistance is requested, describe only the accommodation or operational information our team reasonably needs.

4. How we collect information+

We collect information that you provide through quote and reservation forms, client profiles, email, telephone calls, text messages, social media, reviews, and direct communication with our team.

We may receive information from a person arranging transportation for you, from travel advisors, corporate coordinators, affiliates, chauffeurs, reservation and payment platforms, airlines or flight-information services, and other providers involved in coordinating the requested service.

Our website, hosting provider, and embedded service providers may automatically receive limited technical information through server logs, necessary browser storage, cookies, and similar technologies used for security, functionality, performance, and limited measurement.

5. How we use information+

We use personal information to prepare quotes; create, confirm, modify, dispatch, and complete reservations; recommend an appropriate vehicle; coordinate chauffeurs and transportation affiliates; monitor relevant travel information; communicate pickup instructions and service updates; process or document payments; provide customer support; locate lost property; respond to disputes; maintain safety and service quality; prevent misuse; comply with legal obligations; and improve our website and operations.

We may use contact information to send service-related messages and, where permitted, information about WDT Limo services or offers. Operational messages concerning a requested or confirmed trip are different from promotional communications.

6. Reservations, Moovs, and payment processing+

Our quote, reservation, client-login, dispatch, and payment experience may be provided or supported by Moovs and other service providers. When you open or use the Moovs reservation experience, including an embedded booking form, information submitted to or collected by that platform is also governed by its privacy and security practices.

Payment-card information is submitted to payment processors and financial institutions that help authorize and complete transactions. WDT Limo does not need to receive or store a complete payment-card number when it is processed directly by those providers. We may retain transaction records, payment status, limited card descriptors, invoices, adjustments, travel credits, and information needed for accounting, fraud prevention, and disputes.

7. SMS and telephone communications+

When you provide a mobile telephone number in connection with a quote, reservation, or service request, you authorize WDT Limo and providers working on our behalf to send service-related calls or text messages, including confirmations, reminders, chauffeur information, pickup instructions, trip updates, and responses to your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing transportation. We do not sell mobile information or share SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing. You may opt out of promotional text messages by replying STOP. You may reply HELP for assistance or contact info@wedrivetampa.com. Opting out of promotional messages does not prevent necessary one-to-one communications you initiate or messages required to manage an active reservation, where permitted by law.

8. When we may disclose information+

We may disclose information to chauffeurs, employees, contractors, transportation affiliates, reservation and dispatch platforms, payment processors, messaging and email providers, website hosting providers, our embedded blog provider, insurers, professional advisors, and other vendors when reasonably necessary to operate the business or provide the requested service.

We may also disclose information to comply with law, legal process, insurance requirements, or a valid government request; to protect passengers, drivers, the public, our rights, or property; to investigate fraud or misuse; or as part of a merger, financing, sale, reorganization, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate protections.

We do not sell personal information, mobile information, or SMS consent. We do not use personal information for targeted advertising based on a person's activity across unrelated websites, and we do not share personal information with unrelated third parties for their own direct marketing without permission.

9. Website technology and embedded services+

The WDT Limo website uses limited browser local or session storage to remember device-level preferences, such as whether an installation prompt was dismissed or an introductory experience was already shown during a session. Our hosting provider may maintain server and security logs. We did not design the website to use third-party advertising pixels.

The site embeds or links to third-party services, including the Moovs reservation experience and the Soro blog service. Those providers may use cookies, logs, or similar technologies under their own policies when their content loads or when you interact with it. Links to maps, review websites, or social networks may also allow those services to receive information when you open them.

Your browser may allow you to block or delete cookies and browser storage. Some website, reservation, or embedded-content features may not work as intended if necessary technologies are disabled.

10. Children and unaccompanied-minor services+

Our website is intended for adults arranging transportation and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly ask a child under 13 to submit personal information directly through the website. A child under 13 should not provide information to us directly.

A parent, legal guardian, school, camp, travel advisor, or other authorized adult may provide information about a minor when arranging transportation or unaccompanied-minor assistance. We use that information to coordinate the requested service, communicate with authorized adults, support safe handoffs, and meet applicable operational or legal requirements. Please do not provide information about a minor unless you are authorized to do so.

A parent or legal guardian may contact us to request review, correction, or deletion of personal information concerning their child, subject to identity and authority verification and any lawful reason we must retain particular records. If we learn that a child under 13 submitted personal information directly without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

11. Data retention+

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain reservation and accounting records, administer travel credits, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, satisfy insurance and legal obligations, protect safety and security, and support legitimate business operations.

Retention periods vary according to the type of record and why it is needed. We periodically assess whether information remains necessary. When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to technical, contractual, and legal limitations.

12. Information security and incident response+

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information under our control, limit access to persons who reasonably need it, and dispose of records appropriately. We also rely on service providers to protect information processed through their systems.

No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please avoid sending sensitive financial, identity, medical, or other unnecessary information through ordinary email or text message.

If we determine that a security incident involving personal information requires notice, we will notify affected individuals and appropriate authorities as required by applicable law.

13. Your choices and privacy requests+

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, review, correct, or delete certain personal information, or object to certain uses, by emailing info@wedrivetampa.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." Please describe your request and the information or reservation involved. We may need to verify your identity, authority, and relationship to the information before responding.

Some information may be retained when required or permitted for legal, safety, accounting, contractual, insurance, dispute-resolution, or fraud-prevention purposes. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If we deny a request, you may reply with the subject line "Privacy Appeal" and explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered.

You may unsubscribe from promotional email through the unsubscribe method in the message, if provided, and may opt out of promotional SMS by replying STOP. You may manage cookies and browser storage through your browser settings.

14. Third-party services and policy changes+

We do not control the privacy, security, availability, or content of Moovs, Soro, payment services, maps, review websites, social networks, travel resources, or other third-party services. Review the privacy policy of each third party before providing information or using its service.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, technology, providers, or legal obligations. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through another reasonable method when required.
